Today was the first time I visited Best Wash when I walked in I noticed they didn't have coin slots on any of their machines so I ask a worker who was very polite and explained how things worked because I was literally gonna go to a different laundry mat but Danna convinced me to give them a try and I did I will be back just not sure how often in my own opinion they are a little bit higher than I normally pay but im satisfied in the end

open 24 hours! really cool and clean. dystopian almost! there were no humans, and the machine was self-service. everything operates off of a cars you preload money onto. this removes the hassle of quarters, which i can appreciate! there were carts to wheel around my laundry which i much appreciated as well. different settings on the washers and dryers for whatever your needs may be. washers and dryers can hold a LOT. i was able to fit three baskets in one washer as well as one dryer. the dryer could potentially hold even more, as mine was only halfway full with the clothing i deposited. waiting area has comfortable seating as well as outlets. benches are also readily available as well as trash cans for anything you may need to throw away. bathrooms are free as long as you have the prepaid card. otherwise i believe they are locked. overall really cool spot, and i love that it is 24 hours. this morning i came at five am assuming there would be a crowd, and it was a peaceful and stress-free experience. five stars

My 1st time was on Saturday 6-27-26 @ 9a the attendant was really nice, she asked if I needed help bringing in my laundry. I was shocked I told thank you. But at other laundromat one ever offered that. The laundry machine n was all clean. The attendant was cleaning away. She was even friendly when I was leaving. I will be back thanks for the kindness. I will return.

Came in during $1 wash to wash all of my bedding, & the lady working was extremely helpful & friendly. Highly recommend. It’s really nice, love the card system. No hassle with coins. Their chairs in there even have usb plugs & outlets.

I’ve been to a Best Wash over in O’Fallon before, and honestly, it’s not very good. But this Decatur location? Completely different story. This place is run absolutely great. The staff is super friendly, the grounds are well-maintained, and they have nice $2.90 washes It's affordable, convenient, and actually does the job right. If you're in Decatur and need a solid wash, this is the one to go to. Great experience all around!
